0 JAANGRI ( SWEET)

Urad whole(Gota) - 1 cup
Rice - 1 spoon
Sugar - 2 cups
Food colour - a pinch
oil for frying
water- 2 cups

Soak dhal and rice for 45 minutes. Grind to a thick paste. Make a hole at the centre of a cloth of ziploc bags(Cone like). Pour this paste and cover and drop into jangri shapes or round shapes in oil. Fry in oil not very deep fry. Remove.

Make a syrup with water and sugar, add the food colour. Keep it warm always. Dip the fried jangri and allow it to rest for a minute and take it out.
